Athletics

Middle school students are encouraged to participate in flag football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, baseball, and softball. Sports teams practice after school several times a week, usually coached by teachers.  Participation in sports provides students more than the opportunity to get some exercise; they develop perseverance and get to connect with each other and their coaches outside the classroom. St. Paul’s School belongs to the Kaweah Athletic League. During the school year, game days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. SPS either hosts teams from another school or sends athletes to nearby schools to compete.
